Hi together,
and a new recipe, which I have cooked and which is very tasty. Red lentil soup or like the Turk roughly says kirmizi mercimek corbasi. Very tasty, I cooked without mint, I think that would give the last kick. So you take 70g of red lentils and wash them twice very well. Meanwhile, fry an onion in oil and add a tablespoon of tomato paste. Now you pour the washed lentils on it and fill it with half a litre of water. Let this boil. Now season with salt, pepper and plenty of maggi broth until the brew tastes good. Don't worry, the lentils are still swelling, and the soup will have a different consistency. Now the soup is finely pureed. Then bring to the boil for 15-20 minutes until it has the desired consistency. This portion is enough for just under three plates.
