Ayran

Hi at you all,

Today I am presenting a simple recipe for making ayran inexpensively. You just take an empty coke bottle, fill it with about 50g of yogurt and then mix it with water. Then add a lot of salt. The Oriental eats a lot of white bread, and the salt in Ayran cleanses the stomach.

Cheers,

Yours Till

German onion soup

Hi together,

this is a modified recipe of my brother Geert's French onion soup. Take a litre of water and cut three peeled vegetable onions into it. The pot must be set to full heat so that the aromas develop. It is best to take the largest pot you have in the household.

Then you open a bottle of dry white wine. When the water starts to boil with the onions, add 1/2 litre of the white wine.

Now you let the whole thing cook. You taste the soup sud with salt and pepper. After approx. ten minutes of cooking time, turn off the heat a little bit and add 3/4 l of milk.

Season again with salt and pepper,

bon appetit,

Broccoli cake

You need a tart shape with a diameter of 26cm, which you grease. Heat the oven to 180 degrees.

The dough requires 250g flour, 5g salt, 125g soft butter (dice butter before softening), 1 egg yolk and 2 tablespoons cold water

Put the butter cubes and egg yolks in the middle of the flour and knead briefly. Then knead with salt and leftover flour as short as possible. Press into the mould, sprinkle with egg whites and bake for 10 minutes. Vegetable dough from Maizena works best.

The filling consists of 250g broccoli, which you can clean. Then blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 5 minutes. In addition, the filling consists of ham cubes, quantity to taste.

For the sauce, whisk 200ml creme fraiche with 2 eggs. Add 100g of grater cheese, but it shouldn't be parmesan because it gets bitter. Pepper the sauce and salt and add to the baking dish.

Now bake the cake in the oven for 20 minutes.

Bon Appetit!

Pot roast

Hi together,

again a relatively simple recipe, which you are only a little afraid of as a newcomer. Today I made roast edibles.

To do this, you need 1kg roast beef, two onions, lots of mustard, balsamic, salt, pepper and broth.

First, prepare the roast by rubbing it neatly with salt and pepper. It is true: It is a roast, rather a bit over-spiced, that moves in nicely afterwards.

Then sprinkle the roast with mustard from all sides. Prepare a pan with oil and let it get hot. I use heating level 5 of 6. In it, the roast is then roasted.

If the roast is beautifully brown from all sides, clear the whole thing with 2cl balsamic and a 1/2l broth.

Now put the meat in a roasting pan for the oven. Pour in the stock and fill it with water so that half of the meat is covered. Peel and quarter two onions and add them.

The oven must be preheated. Let the roast approx. 3 1/2 h at 120 degrees.

Then take out the roast and cover it. It is best wrapped in aluminium foil. Then he can rest for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, you have time for the side dishes and the sauce. For the sauce, I heated part of the fund in a wok and mixed it with cream. Now add starch to binding, preferably Mondamin Fix for dark sauces.

Cut the meat against the meat fibre and serve.

Bon Appetit!

Potato gratin with minced meat

Hey together,

and again a new recipe. Buy 8 medium potatoes, two onions and 500g minced meat.

Then mix the minced meat with the peeled and small sliced onions and season the whole thing with neat salt and pepper. You take a roller dish. I forgot to grease it, it worked, but my cask dish is also coated. Spread the minced meat over the entire mould. I chopped it up so that a big lump wouldn't develop afterwards.

Then peel the potatoes and cut them into small slices. These are then also distributed in the inlchief form. Now you fill at least 200ml of cream in a measuring cup. You salt and pepper the whole thing again.

Then stir the cream with the whisk frothy. Now pour the potatoes in the casserole tin with the cream.

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. The gratin takes about 45 minutes to turn yellow-brown.

Bon Appetit 🙂

Süppskartüffel

Today I present my potato carrot soup. In memory of my dear grandma in Mecklenburg, I called her Süppskartüffel.

Take 5 potatoes and three large carrots and peel them. In addition, peel and cut two onions. Fry the onions in a large saucepan. You can also sweat on the small-cut carrots. Then fill the whole thing with 1 1/2 l broth and add the potatoes.

Now you can cook for 20 minutes. Then turn the soup with the purée stick. Then add the sausages, and I still add cream as a refinement. Let the whole thing boil again and salt and pepper it again neatly.

Bon Appetit!

Stuffed peppers

Again a very simple but tasty recipe. You buy two red peppers, a small onion, 300g beef chopped and 3 medium potatoes. Passed tomatoes you also need and various spices.

Cut the strunk from the two peppers from above. The beef chop is mixed with the small onion and neat salt and pepper. Then put the stuffed peppers in a pot and add a pack of tomatoes. These are seasoned with oregano and broth. Then set the flame to 4 out of 6. In this way, the peppers can be approx. Simmer for 20 minutes. You cook potatoes for this.

100g tatar, optionally also turkey or chicken meat
1 small onion diced
Fry both ingredients, mix with the vegetables, and then add
Mix and salt and pepper 1 tablespoon of cream.

Preheat oven to 225 degrees. In a small pan, bake 4 – 5 thin crepes in a little butter, sprinkle with the filling and roll up.

Simple chicken fryer

Hi together,

today another simple recipe. On the Internet I found a simple recipe for chicken frying. Melt two tablespoons of butter and add two tablespoons of flour. This is a flour sweat and it leads to thickening the sauce. This is briefly let to the fore and then carefully, gradually, 400ml of water is added. You stir the whole thing constantly and strongly with a whisp, so that it does not clump. Then add two teaspoons of instant broth chicken soup and a mug of whipped cream. Now the whole thing has to cook for it to thicken. Meanwhile, add 400g of chicken, 400g of fine canned peas and a glass of asparagus.

Now you just have to season the whole thing well with salt and pepper and possibly pepper spice and let it boil. Rice fits in with this.

Enjoy your meal
