Hi together,
a recipe from my mother today. Stuffed crepes are really delicious. I haven't cooked it yet, but I still don't want to withhold it from you. The recipe is for two people.
For the dough:
1 egg
63g flour
1/8 litre milk
10g butter melted
pinch of salt, pinch of sugar
Stir in a lump-free dough and leave to rest for an hour.
The filling:
1 small zucchino
1 carrot
12 mushrooms
1 small red pepper
(Rasp all four ingredients)
100g tatar, optionally also turkey or chicken meat
1 small onion diced
Fry both ingredients, mix with the vegetables, and then add
Mix and salt and pepper 1 tablespoon of cream.
Preheat oven to 225 degrees. In a small pan, bake 4 – 5 thin crepes in a little butter, sprinkle with the filling and roll up.
Butter a baking dish, place the rolls side by side and pour 1/8 l whipped cream (seasoned with pepper, salt, some grater cheese) over it and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Bon appetit,
Your Till
