Hi together,
I read over the Internet how to prepare duck breast. Here is a first recipe without fine sauce. Wash the duck breast and drown it dry with kitchen crepe. Then cut into the fat layer obliquely, i.e. diamond-shaped cracks. Then salt and pepper the duck breast and pour some soy sauce over it. Now they are left to rest for 30 minutes.
Now you bring approx. 5 tablespoons of water to boil in a pan or wok and fry the duck in it, with the fat side down first. Don't worry! Once the water has evaporated, the duck has lost so much fat that it can continue to fry in it. Roast them at the highest or almost highest level (5 of 6) now golden brown from both sides.
Meanwhile, heat the oven to 130 degrees. If the duck is golden brown on both sides, place it in the oven for 30 minutes.
Bon appetit!
