Why do we care

News talking about a disease
Mindless aggressions everyone is pleased
Problems got me thinking, thinking too much
Closing my eyes, I do not watch

Life ain't that what we make it
Ain't the world that we created
It's just something that we inherited

So why do we care?

Death laughing at her face
We're surrounded by our self-denial haze
Problems got me thinking, thinking to much,
Closing my eyes, I do not watch

Life ain't that what we make it
Ain't the world that we created
It's just something that we inherited

So why do we care?
I don't know

The poisened apple

Layingted on the ground
broken dreams do really pound
Wanted to fight the fate
leaving my heart with hate

The poisened apple I ate
Carrying all that weight
I should have gone insane
All the things fill my brain

Flying torn loose in the sky
slightly addicted to the
My faith no ending to my fears
made me afflicted with tears

Dreaming hoping and thinking
Feeling wishing and sinking
Dull myself with my own blood
Broken sweet salt flood

Don't feel guilty for me
My life ain't worth to see
The happiness I breathe
is poisened by myself

My little hedgehog

My little hedgehog
bring back my dreams
take me home
childish life scream

When I look inside
everything is dark
When I look outside of me
everything is dark
My will to live has gone
like the gloom of the cigarette dies away

My life in ashes, life in ashes, rest in peace

I do smoke a cigarette to sleep
As I breathe it burns my entrails

When I look inside
everything is dark
When I look outside of me
everything is dark
My will to live has gone
like the gloom of the cigarette dies away

My life in ashes, life in ashes, rest in peace

Caprichosa Salad

Hi together,

here is my simple version of the Caprichosa salad. You need a cucumber, three red peppers, a can of corn and a can of tuna fillets. Cut the cucumber into thin pieces with a grater. The peppers are freed from the white inside and cut into bite-sized pieces. Then you just add the can of corn and the tuna. The tuna is crushed with a spoon and stir in the whole salad. As a salad sauce, take a good shot of olive oil and a slightly smaller shot of balsamic vinegar. The following applies to both of them when shopping: It is usually worth spending more money. Then you taste the whole thing with good sugar and good salt.

The whole thing looks like this:

In addition, only two hard-boiled eggs are actually missing.

Best appetite,

Start of the season of the FC

Hi together,

today I let myself out again about my home club, the 1. FC Cologne. This year's season is great. The city hovers on cloud seven. Three wins, two draws and you are already in third place in the table.

In my opinion, the upswing is mainly due to the fact that Schmadtke in Cologne is not buying away the service providers. Except for Wimmer and Gerhardt, we haven't lost any regular players. This was different in his previous stations. And so he has built up a great squad with all his peace and quiet, which also holds together. The departures of Wimmer and Gerhardt could be coped with well and have poured valuable money into the club's coffers.

Osako has been playing the season of his life so far. He would have been one of the first prank candidates to be sold for me before the season. Now the boy, who always had good approaches, hits the gate.

Against Wolfsburg and especially RB Leipzig you can play in a draw, but two years ago we would have lost those games. Leipzig in particular were extremely strong, we almost couldn't keep up in the second half.

Now it's against Bayern. Of course, we are outsiders. But coach Stöger is also getting along better and better with Bayern, and the game is by no means lost.

Best regards,
Your Till

Spaghetti by Art Carbonara

Hi together,

another tasty recipe of fast cuisine, spaghetti according to art carbonara. You need half a packet of spaghetti, oil, olive oil, cream, onions, bacon and butter.

First, put on the spaghetti water with a lot of oil and salt. In addition, heat olive oil in a smaller saucepan. In the olive oil, add two peeled and small pieces of onions or charlottes. Then add the whole 90 grams of bacon to the cubes. At Aldi there is English breakfast bacon, which fits very well.

The whole thing is then roasted. Meanwhile, the spaghetti water should boil. Add half a packet of spaghetti and turn off the heat a little bit, e.g. 4 of 6. Stir the spaghetti bubbles in the time it is on the pack.

Now add a cup of whipped cream to the onions and bacon and bring the whole thing to the boil.

Take the spaghetti out of the pot after the time, pour it into a sieve and add a piece of butter to quench. When the butter has melted, refill the spaghetti into the empty pot and pour the sauce over it.

Break bread

Hi together,
I got my first Sponsored Post with my blog and then something where I stand 100 percent behind 🙂 It's about the Healthy Break Bread page and contains recipes on how to offer your children healthy variety when they break bread.

I used to get sprinkle cakes at the school kiosk in middle school, and then in high school my dad always smeared Nutella bread. At that time I did a lot of sports, so that my body could do it, but I learned zero, which is why I rise up like a yeast.

I've already learned a lot and posted here too when it comes to healthy eating, but would teach my children that sooner so that they don't fall into the same trap as me.

And the site of La Vita offers suggestions for this. I'm not saying you're not giving your kids jam bread anymore, but healthy eating that tastes like a change is necessary. Your child will then learn these dietary patterns for later and is not as relatively thrown up as I am.

Here are two more pictures of the recipes:

Baked tomatoes with sheep's cheese

Hi together,

Another very simple and vegetarian recipe was told to me by Jeanette, the hostess of the restaurant at the station. You simply cut tomatoes small and roast sheep's cheese well over them. Then season to the whole with salt and pepper and pour it with neat olive oil. Then place it at 200 degrees in the preheated oven and wait until the cheese melts.

Bon Appetit

Broccoli cream soup

Hi together,

in my cure I learned a wonderful vegetarian recipe that I was able to successfully cook now: broccoli cream soup. Steam two peeled and chopped onions in good olive oil. Then fill the whole thing with 3/4 litres of vegetable broth. Then free 400 grams of fresh broccoli from the hard strunk and let it cook softly in the vegetable broth for 15 minutes. Then puree the whole thing and add 200 ml of cream. The whole thing is re-cooked and the delicious soup is ready.

Greetings,
Your Till
