Vegan Gyros

Hi together,
the last post, I hadn't noticed, was my dog's first *confetti. So I continue to recommend well-groomed views of the world, especially mathematics, and well-groomed recipes. This time I tried soybean nettles in my health effort.

However, those from Aldi were with egg, so only vegetarian. But this only has the effect, as far as I could find out that they became faster to crispand and ready to eat. I recommended them as recommended on chef with neat salt, pepper, peppers rose-sharp and gyros spice.

On the first day they tasted very floury, although I put them in with neat olive oil, let them rest in the fridge for a day.

Today I made them warm and they tasted real like meat, pretty horny.

Yes, these are my experiences in healthy cuisine now. So far everything is working well and I am still keeping my weight.

Recommended for imitation!

Vegan corn coconut soup

Hi together,
I have continued to graze the internet for good vegan recipes. This corn coconut soup fell into my hand. Take several small onions and fry them chopped with 6 cloves of garlic. Then add two cans of corn a 400 grams and fry them with you. After some time, take out 6 tablespoons of corn and set aside. Then fill the whole thing with 1 litre vegetable broth, which is made according to instructions from instant broth and water.

Then you boil it up and let it simmer for a while. Then add 400ml coconut milk and puree the whole thing with the puree stick. Then add the maize set aside. Finished and bon appetit.

Vegan chili

Hi together,
In my effort to eat healthier and perhaps lose weight, I have a good recipe from the chef: Chili sine carne. I cooked it today, it tastes very good. I refined it with Tabasco, soy sauce and Worcester sauce, as it is my standard. Here is the link to the recipe: Chili sin carne. You just have to be careful how much vegetable broth you have in relation to the kidney beans or the corn, mine was a little thin.

Self-programming algorithms

Hi together,
I have an idea and maybe I'll start a series of blog posts with it. It's about self-programming algorithms. I dream that I only have a Brain2Com interface in my job, so that everything I imagine becomes a computer program, which then also maintains itself. As I have understood so far, AI (artificial intelligence) is just a series of data analysis. My approach goes further. The AI develops its own modules and algorithms on request, either external or internal.

From my professional experience, we at Symfony developed a form generator, whereby the fields of the form were controlled via Yaml files. Add to that hash tables in the database and you could do a lot. A voice-controlled CMS would also be an approach, so that the static pages are made on demand.

The AI should learn to understand many cries and then continue to think along and think along. The whole thing would then be abstracted at the highest level.

Prepare carrot vegetables

Hi together,
at the moment it's Lent, so it's a healthy recipe. I learned from my father how to prepare carrot vegetables well and how to refine them a little. So you take a good piece of butter and fry peeled and chopped onions in it. The carrots are also peeled and sliced. Then salt them neatly and add them to the glassy fried onions. You fry them a bit and then add water to the whole thing, e.g. 250ml with a bunch of carrots. Now you add a decent shot of sugar and taste the whole thing with vegetable broth. You can spice the brew if you pour it away afterwards. Then the carrots are very tasteful, otherwise you season a little less. Let this cook now until the carrots are soft and tender. That will certainly take a quarter of an hour.
Bon appetite and happy fasting,

Steak with Thai curry and cinnamon

Hi together,

I've had a steak in the evening. On the tip of my brother Geert I found a good variant. Break a spoonful of red Thai curry into oil and then add good cinnamon. The cinnamon somewhat softens the sharpness and refines it. Then you fry the steak in it. The heat should not be too high like me, because otherwise the whole thing burns. But from the category of lazy recipes, this is a very tasty one.

Enjoy your meal

theorie.cool

Under the domain theorie.cool I am currently building a small math tool. I use my high school maths and build algorithms from it. As much as it is always said that maths and computer science are related, so little can common programming languages derivation, arithmetic with complex numbers or other higher mathematics. That’s why I have to put it to myself.

What the tool already can do: You enter three pairs of values, 0 as X-value is unfortunately still excluded, because it is a special case in the Gaussian die calculation, and it gives you the resulting function and also paints the function graph for positive x. The aim is also to integrate business informatics and to draw functions from big data.

Recipes fillet and Thai curry

Hi together,

I used the summer to try good recipes from chefkoch.de again. Both were standard versions, once from the fillet stroganoff and from red Thai curry with beef. The links are: Thai curry and fillet Stroganoff. I have succeeded very well in both. With Thai curry I took two spoons of curry because I like it sharper, and with the fillet cornichons instead of cucumbers. Everything very tasty, of both I also have pictures:
