MD5 encryption

Hi together,

Sorry, if I knock on my shoulder today, but I cleared up a big general error in my training around 2005. At that time, MD-5 encryption was considered secure in web development. People thought that if they just encrypted the password only MD5, that would be safe.

As a mathematician, it was clear to me, of course, that there is more or less a 1:1 relationship between password and MD5 hash, so that you can e.g. simply match the hash of common passwords with a database of passwords in order to decrypt the password. That's a bit high now, but nowadays there are websites where you just enter an MD5 hash and then get the decrypted password.

It would not be conceivable if the hackers had first noticed this connection. So everyone needs to develop their own encryption algorithm to prevent Brut Force attacks. This is the only way to properly take account of the concern about data protection.

Best regards,

Pfifferlinge with bacon scrambled eggs

Hi together,

again a simple recipe from me, which also does not necessarily make thick. At the moment it is autumn and therefore also mushroom season. So I got 200g of chanterelles. I fried them in butter at level 4 of 6. They can fry quietly for 10 – 15 minutes. Then I crushed 8 slices of English bacon and added it. Meanwhile, I smashed four eggs into a bowl and whisked them with the whisk. Once you have added the scrambled eggs, you can turn off the heat and wait until the whole dish is ready. Of course, you can also salt the whole thing during the cooking time, the bacon alone is not enough for my taste.
Bon appetit,

Fitbit Charge 2

Hi together,

today I want to introduce you to a cool gadget. My friends gave it to me for my birthday. The Fitbit Charge 2 is a watch and a fitness bracelet. It measures pulse, number of steps and much more. You can then use an app to evaluate the whole thing. I have a lot of fun with the part. During Lent I was able to increase my number of steps to over 10,000. At the moment I'm at 7,000. For example, you think you move a lot on the weekends, but the Fitbit taught me a better one. It also measures how long you sleep. I sleep quite a lot through the Medis, but now I can control and control it better. Overall a very successful gift.

Greetings,

Pan raclette with pork fillet

Hi together,
today again a recipe from the category rather delicious than healthy. Take a whole pork fillet and cut it into beautiful medaillions. These are salted and peppered neatly from one side. Then fry butter on a thickness of 4 out of 6 and place the pork fillet medaillions with the seasoned side down in the pan. Now you salt and pepper the other, top side. Roast the pork fillet from both sides and take cheese, e.g. Gouda middle-aged. Cut it so that it fits well on the pork fillets. Then let the whole thing be roasted for another three minutes. If the cheese has not yet melted too much, turn the pork fillet again and put the cheese back on top. After another three minutes, however, the cheese should have melted and the dish is ready.

Bon Appetit,
Your Till

How to diet

Hi together,

yes I also join in the crowd of people who give you diet tips. After all, in five years I’m down from 135 to 120 kilos. Everyone has to find their own way. I try to make the whole thing sustainable and with as little renunciation as possible.

Yes, I mainly use lent, Christian and Muslim times. I am inspired by the spirit of Lent. And try to improve it year after year. I started with The Christian Lent. It runs from Ash Wednesday to Easter. At first I only drank alcohol at the weekend. Last year I did this, for example. I only drank beer on Sundays and only ate meat on weekends. That’s why all the vegetarian recipes come in my blog. In 2017, I want to give up alcohol and meat for the entire six weeks. And also the times of the breaking of the fast should not occur. That’s how I improved year after year.

I also include the Muslim Lent. During Ramadan, I try not to eat anything until 4 p.m. Drinking and smoking still have to be 😉 But you stuff so many little things into yourself throughout the day that there are quite a lot of calories coming together. I used a calorie count to control myself and also to learn.

Ultimately, it takes a lot of patience. Then I did sports again in the form of jogging and walking and strength exercises. I wondered why I wasn’t taking off anymore. But muscles are three times as heavy as fat. So the Break Even, i.e. the point at which one really takes off from the sport, is very far at the beginning. For this, you can feed more with muscles, which is not bad.

Yes, everyone has to find their own way. In the beginning, one should not exaggerate. In the years in late summer I did a 20km bike ride and in another year a 6km jogging and then stopped doing anything. Then I started again and again in Lent. Now I also do my gears in winter. As I said, one should pay attention to sustainability and not be discouraged by every yo-yo effect. My goal in seven years is to weigh 100 kilos again.

Greetings,
Your Till

Around this time

Does it take on your soul inside my way
Ever learning where to stay
How it feels right in your way
Every dream upon that day

Then it comes right in somehow
Every dream right into now

Through the days it reached the shore
In coming back for more
In a line we see it shine
Ooh everything is fine
Then it turned round to the sky
In running up so high
Through the days it reached the shore
In coming back for more

Around this time
Ooh honey, honey
Ooh around this time
Ooh honey, honey,
You around this time,
Ohh honey, honey,
Ohh this time is round

Some other life

Past midnight I sit here
Drinking to forget
And all the darkness
That opposes me
Will it ever fade
And all the stars
That shine so bright
Will they light the further way
And all the sweet things that you've said
Will they survive today

And all we see is what we've got
What do we've got in some other life

All the din disagree
Will it ever fade
To the point of all wishes
Will that be made

Dawn breaks still sitting here
Drinking to forget
And all the darkness has faded
Leaving a sky in red
And all the silence is broken
By some birds singing their songs
About how free they are
Freedom might be strong

And all we see is what we've got
What do we've got in some other life

Burning brace

After me the burning brace
After me the burning brace
I just wanna make love to you
I just wanna make love on a heath

If you think it all just too deep
It will make you some kind of weep
In this dax you never learn how to sweep

After me the burning brace
After me the burning brace
I just wanna make love to you
I just wanna make love on a heath.

Please come back

There's no sense in living
since you've been gone
My heart beats irregularly
heavily trying to carry on

There's no sense in forgiving
since you've been gone
My life is demanding
I'm trying to carry on

Please, please come back to me,
Please come back to me
Please come back to me
